As the UK’s largest employee‑owned social care provider, Be Caring is proud to share that we will award our biggest‑ever annual bonus – up to £400 – to colleagues across the organisation. Now in its fifth consecutive year, the annual bonus recognises the compassion, commitment and care our colleagues bring every single day.
Ownership that shares success
Employee ownership at Be Caring means our success is shared with the people who create it. Colleagues have a stake, a say and a voice – through VOICE, our employee voice network – in how we work together and how we invest in what matters. In 2025, the Employee Ownership Association welcomed Be Caring as a Trustee Member, recognising us as “a true titan of employee ownership, leading by example.”
