Care, Reimagined

Our Homecare Model

Our Story (So Far)

Shaping the future of social care

Founded in 2017, Be Caring has grown to deliver over 20,000 hours of care per week across the North of England. We’ve transformed what care can look like by working in true partnership with local authorities, with our teams, and most importantly, with the people we support.

By using a co-design approach, we’ve enabled real independence, developed meaningful community connections, and built a reputation for putting people first.

We’re proud to be shaping the future of social care.

Be Caring is Different

At Be Caring, we’ve developed a care model that does more than meet needs – it supports people to thrive. Designed in partnership with the people we support and our colleagues, our care model is flexible, values-led, and focused on outcomes that matter.

At the heart of our model is block pay – a sector-leading approach that ensures our colleagues are paid for their full shift, including travel time, not just minutes spent delivering care.

Make Someone’s Day

Enhancing client wellbeing through meaningful interactions and addressing immediate needs. Whether offering reassurance, resolving issues, or engaging in heartfelt conversations, our team flexibly use time to ensure clients feel supported.

Make a Difference

We help people achieve long-term goals by working together to set realistic milestones. Our colleagues adjust care plans and support clients in reaching these goals, whether through regular activities or tailored additional support.
