Training & Development

We believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional training. Our comprehensive one week induction program ensures that all new colleagues are well-prepared to deliver safe, high-quality care. This training covers essential skills and knowledge, setting the foundation for a successful career in care .

Colleagues have access to accredited qualifications through our Apprenticeship Levy (e.g. Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care ), and we offer regular “Be Supported” one-to-one reviews, guiding our colleagues through various career progression options and ensuring they have the resources needed to excel.

Block Pay: Colleagues are paid for the full time they are out delivering care, including travel time, contact time and training. This ensures a fairer, more sustainable way of working.

Career Development Bonus: Colleagues who are promoted can receive up to £300 as a thank you for their commitment and to encourage internal progression.

New Starter & Refer a Friend Bonuses up to £300 because great people attract great people.

Annual Bonus: Receive an annual bonus of up to £300, plus a £25 gift voucher to celebrate your birthday.

Paid Mileage: 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists.
