Training & Development
We believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional training. Our comprehensive one week induction program ensures that all new colleagues are well-prepared to deliver safe, high-quality care. This training covers essential skills and knowledge, setting the foundation for a successful career in care .
Colleagues have access to accredited qualifications through our Apprenticeship Levy (e.g. Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care ), and we offer regular “Be Supported” one-to-one reviews, guiding our colleagues through various career progression options and ensuring they have the resources needed to excel.
Investing in Our Workforce
As an employee-owned social enterprise, we prioritise people over profit. With no shareholders and no debt to service, we reinvest our surpluses directly into our workforce—recognising the vital role our colleagues play in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
We offer a benefits package that reflects our values:
Block Pay: Colleagues are paid for the full time they are out delivering care, including travel time, contact time and training. This ensures a fairer, more sustainable way of working.

New Starter & Refer a Friend Bonuses up to £300 because great people attract great people.
