Job Vacancies in Liverpool

We are always on the lookout for talented, friendly people who – like us – are truly passionate about care and want to make a real difference to the lives of others.

Jaqueline

Care Worker

“As a new carer, I would like to say that the team at the Liverpool office gave me all the support that I needed. My first day on my own, I kept calling them and they helped me with the information I needed. As time has gone on I’ve called them less, but they are still there and help when I need it. I can’t fault the help and support I have had from the team in Liverpool”

Meet our office team

Our office team are a friendly bunch, who love a chat, and always look forward to a nice lunch on “Thrilling Thursdays”! We always love it when our Care Workers pop into the office to say hello and have a cuppa with us. The office (where we also hold our induction training sessions) is based in Wavertree – away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, with ample free parking.

Care and support for the people in our community

Domicillary Care in the Home

We offer support so that the people who we support can remain in their own homes. They are often coping with challenging conditions, recovering from illness and may require assistance with mobility. We support with personal care, medication administration and often meal preparation. Sometimes simply offering a listening ear and smiling face each day can make the difference to their well-being.

Disability Support Calls for Young Adults

We have a number of packages dealing with younger people coping with various disabilities. Our care-givers have specialised training allowing them to offer the best support for customers and families.

Benefits of Working for Be Caring

  • Paid DBS
  • Free uniform & PPE
  • Paid induction training (fast-track available for those with care experience)
  • Fully funded Care Certificate & further qualifications for Care Workers
  • Paid mileage for drivers (40p per mile)
  • Gift vouchers for birthdays and Christmas
  • “Refer a Friend” scheme
  • Excellent career opportunities and progression within the organisation is actively encouraged
