Quality and CQC Ratings

We deliver high-quality care and support across the North of England.

We provide CQC registered services across all our locations. We have 3 out of 4 locations with a rating of ‘Good’ and aim to have all services at ‘Good’ by the end of April 2024.

We are passionate about delivering a consistently high-quality care service and are committed to investing in our people, their skills and development. We are also looking at ways we can use data and technology to best support the people we care for.

We’re a high-quality provider of home care and community services.

We’re rated by CQC as ‘Good’ in three of four services. We invest and reinvest resources into the development of our colleagues and the wider workforce. We’ve established partnerships with colleges, training providers and health and social care organisations, offering training, learning and development opportunities, ensuring we have highly-skilled, caring, confident and competent care professionals delivering care and support to those who need it.
