Be Caring are pleased to announce they have been shortlisted as finalists for both the LaingBuisson Awards and the Business Culture Awards.
We are thrilled to have been shortlisted as finalists for the prestigious LaingBuisson Awards, which received over 400 entries. The awards recognise and celebrate industry excellence and innovative services in the public, private and third sectors. Leaders from across the health and social care sector come together to hear and celebrate each other’s successes.
We could not be prouder as the panel of judges have selected us as finalists for two awards: Excellence in Homecare and Excellence in Supported Living, celebrating the achievements and progress we have made over the past 12 months.
Our work in supporting people to live as independently as possible in their own homes has been recognised by the awards, with judges looking for organisations that have made an outstanding contribution. This achievement is an absolute testament to our amazing colleagues, who work incredibly hard delivering over 17,000 hours of care and support to our communities across the North of England.
The Business Culture Awards
The extensive judging panel, comprising more than 50 prominent HR and business leaders, have meticulously reviewed, and chosen the finalists for the 2023 Business Culture Awards. We are pleased to announce that we are finalists for not one, not two, but three categories!
The categories are:
- Best Business Transformation Initiative
- Best Brand & Values Initiative
- Business Culture Leadership – Our Chief Exec, Sharon Lowrie
This past year we have embarked on a transformative journey, where are culture is at the heart of everything we do. These awards are a reflection of our unwavering commitment to making a positive difference.
Our Chief Executive Officer and finalist of the Business Culture Leadership award shared, “We have an amazing team who are committed to making a difference to people’s lives 365 days of the year. I am extremely privileged to be in this role and can’t thank everyone of my colleagues enough for all they do and how they support one another.”
